What is the minimum stay?
Two nights, in every property, all year round.
Can I check in on a Sunday?
We do not do Sunday check-ins. Sunday check-outs are fine; check-in runs Monday to Saturday.
How much do I pay when booking?
With the standard rate, 50% at booking and the rest under your booking conditions. The non-refundable rate (cheaper) is paid 100% at booking. You always see the exact breakdown before paying.
What if I need to cancel?
With the standard rate, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and you get your payment back; under 30 days there is no refund. The non-refundable rate allows no refund in any case — that is why it is cheaper. You always see the conditions before paying.
What does the price include?
The whole property for the nights and guests selected, with final cleaning included. The price you see is the final price. No surprises afterwards.
Is there a security deposit?
It depends on the property. If there is one, you see it itemised before paying and it is returned at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is normally from 5 pm and check-out before 11 am. We explain key collection when your booking is confirmed.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included. Beach towels are not — bring your own.
Can I bring my pet?
It depends on the property — ask us before booking. Where pets are allowed, a €50 extra cleaning fee applies.
Do you have a cot or a high chair?
Several properties have a cot (check the listing's equipment). High chair rental: €15 per stay — request it when booking.
Is there parking?
Most of our properties have parking; check each listing's equipment or filter by "Parking" in the search.
How do I know if the apartment is near the beach?
Every listing shows the real distance to the beach, and you can filter by "Walk to the beach" (700 metres or less, about 8 minutes on foot).

Do you sell apartments?
No. Rentals only: holiday lets by the day or week, and seasonal lets by the month outside summer. If you are looking to buy, we are not the right place.
Are you a real local company?
Yes. We manage the properties directly, with no intermediaries, and every home shows its Andalusian tourist registration number on its listing.
